This week we have a deep discussion on turkeys with two fanatics, Jason Hart and Doc Weddle. Doc, a carpenter by trade, takes off four months each spring to chase the gobble. He has completed 3 US Turkey slams (all 49 states) and only has a small handful of gobblers left to complete his 4th and 5th!!!
